Generally Available: Image file translation for batch document translation in Azure AI Translator

Azure AI Translator batch document translation accepts image files as a generally available input type. Supported formats include `.jpeg`, `.png`, `.bmp`, and `.webp`. The service runs OCR on each image, translates the recognized text into the target lang
