Now rolling out in preview starting February 17, 2026, Looker admins can grant the new schedule_without_limit permission to restrict a user's ability to deliver all data results from a Look or an Explore. This permission must be combined with another Looker permission that permits delivering data.

This permission will be automatically granted to any existing roles that already contain a data delivery permission. Looker admins must remove this permission from any users whom they wish to prevent from delivering all results from a Look or an Explore.
