• Fixed an issue where the CSAT scores in the Performance Overview and CSAT dashboards didn't match. • Fixed an issue where the Queue Performance dashboard incorrectly totaled queue interactions, resulting in lower counts than expected. • Fixed an issue in the All Interactions - Chat dashboard where the Virtual Agents Chats table displayed the wrong chat. • Fixed an issue in the All Interactions - Chat dashboard where the Failed Interaction column of the Chat Metric Detail table displayed False for a failed interaction. • Fixed an issue where the Chat ID filter on the Queue Performance - Chats dashboard incorrectly displayed placeholder values. • Fixed an issue where scheduled exports of large queries were limited to 500 rows, causing reporting delays. • Fixed an issue in the Historical Data table of the Agent Activity dashboard where the Start Time and End Time columns indicated incorrect durations for agents belonging to multiple teams. • Fixed an issue where short abandoned calls and chats were incorrectly included in the Abandons dashboard, causing inaccurate reporting of queue abandon times. • Fixed an issue where dashboard windows didn't fully display their contents.
