Agent status inheritance for HubSpot users

You can configure CCAI Platform to synchronize agent statuses with HubSpot agent statuses in real time. You can also map HubSpot agent statuses to Contact Center AI Platform statuses (and vice versa) to account for different agent status naming conventions.

Administrators: A new Settings > Developer Settings > Agent Status Inheritance pane is available when you set Settings > Developer Settings > Agent Platform to HubSpot.
