The Cloud OAuth API (cloudoauth.googleapis.com) is available in Preview.

The Cloud OAuth API provides dedicated OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) token exchange and authentication endpoints for Workforce Identity Federation integrations. Applications can use the Cloud OAuth API to exchange external credentials, authorization codes, or refresh tokens for Google Cloud access tokens, or to retrieve authenticated user profile claims and enterprise group memberships.
