Gemini Enterprise: Gemini 3.8 Flash enabled by default

Gemini 3.8 Flash is generally available (GA) and enabled by default in the Gemini Enterprise app in the global, us, and eu regions. Gemini Enterprise administrators can use the Gemini 3.8 Flash toggle in feature management to turn off the model for their users, or turn it on for unsupported in-country regions by confirming the warning dialog to route traffic to the global endpoint.
