Correction: API base path limit for Apigee hybrid organizations

The December 16, 2024 release note for enhanced per-environment proxy limits stated that the maximum number of API base paths per Apigee organization is 3000. That number is incorrect. The maximum number of API base paths per organization is 6,000 for both Apigee and Apigee hybrid.

For optimal performance, Apigee recommends using no more than 3,000 API proxy basepaths per environment or environment group. This is a recommendation, not an enforced limit.
