Warm transfers auto-resume

Warm transfers auto-resume

When an agent performs a warm transfer, the caller is now automatically taken off hold as soon as the transferring agent leaves the call, establishing two-way audio between the receiving agent and the caller without manual action. The caller stays on hold during the consultation between agents so that their conversation remains private. This applies to warm transfers routed through a queue and warm transfers sent directly to a specific agent. This change eliminates the silence that previously occurred when the caller remained on hold after the handoff.
