• Fixed an issue where the Start Time and End Time filters weren't correctly applied to summary metrics on the Agent Performance dashboard and historical reports. • Fixed an issue where calls returned to queues due to agent connectivity or microphone errors didn't appear in the Queued Calls dashboard. • Fixed an issue on the CSAT Dashboard - Calls dashboard where the direction in the Direction filter couldn't be selected. • Fixed an issue in dashboards with a Time Format filter. When users selected Seconds in this filter, single-value tiles displayed decimals instead of whole numbers. • Updated the format of time duration fields in Explores from HH:MM:SS to MM:SS for durations of less than one hour. For example, 00:10:20 changed to 10:20. • Fixed an issue where the Total Failed metric incorrectly counted a maximum of one failure per call or chat session. • Fixed time duration fields so that values represent the number of seconds rather than a fraction of a day. • Fixed an issue where the Queue Abandon % tile was missing from the Abandons dashboards. • Fixed an issue on the Failed Sessions dashboards where the Queue Name column of the Historical table and the Queue Name filter weren't appearing. • Fixed an issue where the Time Format filter was missing from dashboards. • In the Real-time Calls, Real-time Chats, Queue Group Performance, and Email dashboards, the naming of fields such as "assigned at", "created at", and "ended at" was improved in the Explores to make them clearer. For example, on the Real-time Chats - Chats Connected dashboard, in the Chat Metrics (Live) Explore, Chat > Started At Date > Date and Chat > Started At Date > Month changed to Chat > Started At > Started At Date and Chat > Started At > Started At Month. • Fixed an issue where the Agent preferences table displayed an incorrect date and timestamp. • Fixed an issue where the Location filter on the All interactions for Chats dashboard didn't display data in some tiles. • Fixed an issue where deactivated users appeared in dashboards. • Fixed an issue where outbound calls that weren't associated with queues appeared in the Queue Performance dashboard. • Fixed performance issues on the Agent Performance dashboard. • Fixed an issue on the Failed Interactions dashboard where the Outbound Phone Numbers filter didn't display any values. • Fixed an issue where the Queue Interactions metric included the short abandons count. • Fixed an issue on the Queue Group Performance - All dashboard where the Locations filter didn't display all values.
